Payments and Terms

DEPOSITS AND TERMS: 

We request a deposit of £10 per person per night, refunded if cancelled 14 days prior to stay.  Deposit can be made by Debit or Credit Card.

I will make deductions of £5 per person to cover bank charges or card fees.   Bookings made within 7 days of stay will usually require a deposit of the full one night rate which is non-refundable unless I can re-sell the room.   If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy—please ask when booking your room. 

Accounts should be settled on departure.  Credit card settlement of your final account will incur a 2% surcharge (this is half the total fees that we are charged by the bank).  Debit cards incur no additional fee.  Thank you for your understanding.
